Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
At Artizts, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help and will work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- The product has a major quality issue
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 7–14 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Clear photo or video proof of the issue is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after order is shipped
- Incorrect size selection (unless error is on our side)
- Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations
- Items without original packaging or proof of issue
Since our products are made-to-order and shipped internationally, returns are limited to quality-related issues only.
4. Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed
In some cases, we may offer:
- A replacement item instead of a refund
- Store credit (if preferred by the customer)
5. Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will prioritize a free replacement at no additional cost.
We may request:
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of packaging (if applicable)
Once verified, we will resend your order as quickly as possible.
6. Order Issues & Missing Items
If your order is:
- Delayed beyond expected delivery time
- Stuck in transit
- Marked delivered but not received
Please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
7. Return Process
To request a return or refund:
- Contact us via email
- Provide order number and issue details
- Attach photos/videos if applicable
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, we will proceed with refund or replacement
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the issue is our fault (damaged/wrong item): we cover the cost
- If return is not approved or outside policy: customer may be responsible for return shipping (if applicable)
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us if still unresolved
